Stender Invites Community to E-Recycling Event
September 17, 2026
HARRISBURG – Rep. Michael Stender (R-Montour/Northumberland) invites residents of the 108th District to come out to his e-recycling event taking place this Saturday, Sept. 19, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 390 Washington Ave., Sunbury.
E-recycling will be provided by Mamoth Recycling. We ask that participants enter the parking lot at 390 Washington Ave. using the entrances on 12th Street and Line Street.
Electronics that are free to recycle at this event include computers, smartphones, tablets, video game consoles, DVD/VCR players, cameras, power tools, appliances, modems, chargers and audio video equipment.
Larger items like printers, TVs, copiers, workout equipment, stereos, A/C units and off-site hard drives require a fee to recycle with Mamoth during the event.
“As technology continues to grow and improve, more Pennsylvanian’s suddenly see space in their homes taken up by old and out-of-date electronics,” said Stender. “This event gives residents the chance to recycle these items safely and easily without stress.”
Any questions about this event should be directed to Stender’s district office by calling 570-286-5885.
