Stender to Host Senior Fair
SUNBURY – Rep. Michael Stender (R-Northumberland/Montour) invites seniors of the 108th Legislative District to his upcoming Senior Fair on Friday, March 22, in Sunbury.
The free event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Degenstein Library, 40 S. 5th St., Sunbury.
“This Senior Fair is an opportunity for local senior citizens and their caregivers to have access to services available to them in our area,” Stender said. “Sometimes, information can be difficult to find, so this provides a sense of convenience for folks who are interested in certain resources.”
The fair will feature more than 15 exhibitors from the 108th District that will present information on their programs and services. Some exhibitors include representatives from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), Pennsylvania Department of Treasury, Susquehanna Sight Services, Sunbury Housing Authority and more.
