Stender to Host Open House Events at New District Offices in Milton and Sunbury
HARRISBURG – Rep. Michael Stender (R-Northumberland/Montour) today announced that he is hosting open house events at his new district offices in Milton and Sunbury.

“These events are a great opportunity for local residents to meet me and my staff and learn about the wide variety of state-related services we can offer,” said Stender. “We’re looking forward to celebrating our new locations with the people we serve.”

The open house schedule is as follows:
• Thursday, Aug. 3, 3-6 p.m., 2 Filbert St., Milton
• Thursday, Aug. 10, 3-6 p.m., 390 Washington Ave., Sunbury

Light refreshments will be served at each event.

Stender also maintains a district office in the Montour County Administration Building, 435 E. Front St. in Danville. The office hours are Tuesday through Friday from 1-4 p.m.

Stender was sworn into office on June 5 after winning a special election.

The 108th Legislative District is comprised of all of Montour County and part of Northumberland County consisting of the City of Sunbury; the townships of Anthony, Cooper, Delaware, Derry, East Chillisquaque, Lewis, Liberty, Limestone, Mahoning, Mayberry, Point, Rockefeller, Rush, Turbot, Upper Augusta, Valley, West Chillisquaque and West Hemlock; and the boroughs of Danville, McEwensville, Milton, Northumberland, Riverside, Snydertown, Turbotville, Washingtonville and Watsontown.
